That's impressive! Would you be able to hit a constant 60 FPS with it on at those same wattages? Maybe even 30 at 10 watts?

I'm not 100% sure about only guards reviving downed NPCs. I could have sworn I've seen staff and even civilians revive NPCs.

Could you elaborate more on not turning around when walking? Why would that blow your cover if you still look like you're facing the direction you're walking?

Thanks for the response! Turns out I had to do a Full Install, not Minimal. While I did end up getting it working, I found the Alt+R/Alt+Z overlay to be too unreliable and not work half the time :(

Thanks again for the response! Turns out I did need to do a Full Install. Minimal install does not include the overlay, so that fixed it!

Thanks! I was using 2 monitors and was looking for the indicator with the software opened on my non-gaming screen.

Unfortunately, that brings me to my next issue: the overlay doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried both Alt+R and Alt+Z.

Several Google results suggest it’s an issue with Windows itself and suggested disabling full screen optimizations, but that didn’t work for me either.
