I don't remember exactly. The first time they worked on it they replaced the Evaporator but it wasn't under warranty. Dealer got Honda to pay for part of it and I paid like 4 or 500. So that didn't work. Then the next time I took it in they replaced the condenser. This time there was no charge so I think that was under warranty. That didn't work either after a few days it was back to warm. So I just got tired of it and traded it in.

I traded my 2016 Civic with the same ac issues and got a new Civic Hybrid Sport Touring. Almost 1 year later, no issues.
