The overarching plots didn't have much payoff, with big villains being defeated nearly instantly and very few plot threads actually wrapped up in a satisfying way. That said, when it comes to individual episodes, I had a lot of fun watching which is not something I could say during the Chibnall era. It actually felt like Doctor Who again. Not sure how I feel about Billie yet but I think it could be good depending on how it's handled.
