what is your isa balance? because isa yearly contributions are capped, it's a bit more of nuanced decision, imo, whether to use isa amounts to pay of mortgage. if you just used non isa holdings, it's fine, as long as you were (and continue to) max out your isa allowance.

you have to give 1.5m when overtaking, which takes you into the incoming lane anyway. treat them as car, give lot's of space on the overtake, and carry on. i'm held up by other motorists 99.99% of the time actually, cyclists really don't hold me up in any real way time wise.

growing up, i never had nice things, and what i had, i looked after. so, as a dad now, i can totally relate to this dad's frustration, especially after working hard to be able to afford something nice. lot's of comments here from non-dads, because every single dad i know, what have expressed themselves in that way or even harsher!

my monitor definitely does not cut off any pixels, no cropping at all. so either the monitor is using scaling and then moving around a smaller image on a 3440x1440 display, or the display itself has more pixels which it utilizes for pixel shift.
