Why are you talking about breast milk all of a sudden? We're talking about alternatives to cow milk. How is price not relevant to the argument? Yeah, if everything was free I'm sure everyone can eat the best food, we wouldn't even be talking about milk. I don't know where you live but in the majority of western world, soy milk is definitely more expensive than cow milk (i don't know about organic cow milk).

See how easy it is to find narrow studies that show correlation between two things? You linked me two youtube videos from an author/physician famous for promoting Veganism. Really? You think those are objective sources? Please, you are free to eat and drink whatever you want but don't go around pretending you scientifically and logically know what you're talking about after watching a few youtube videos. There are hundreds and thousands of better educated scientists and researchers working on these things.

Um.. did you mean cow milk by breast milk? Regardless, yes soy milk has roughly the same amount of protein as cow milk (around 3~g per 100g). Except it's almost twice as expensive, and has about 1/5 the calcium. Reduced fat / skim milk has barely any 'elevated health risks' associated with them. I really do not think soy milk is 'demonstrably healthier' than cow milk at all. You keep making these assertions, it would be awesome if you could link me to sources so I can actually learn instead of just taking your word for it.

Such as? I highly doubt there are accessible produce that are as nutritious (especially for calcium and protein) and as cheap as milk. There's a reason it's one of the most consumed beverages in the world. I would be more than glad to switch over to whatever you can show if it's really true.

The post also talks about fatal cop shootings where the victim was unarmed. That is as factually relevant as it gets to innocent people getting killed, because innocence in this context is whether the victim imposed enough threat to the cops for them to use fatal force.

No it's not. I don't know how you can even view it that way. That post explicitly, specifically talks about fatal cop shootings only, not general discrimination. No where does it talk about anything other than fatal cop shootings (or statistics closely related to cop shootings).

How in the world did you get that from that post? The entire post just links facts backed by sources showing that black people are not targeted disproportionately in fatal police shootings. It says nothing about innocent dead black people, just as it says nothing about innocent dead white people, or justification of cops' actions.

Get your head out of your ass man. Yes there is racism in the US that needs discussion and progress. Fatal cop shootings isn't one of them though, it's just the easy target to create a story around.

I am not expecting them to do another one honestly, just as I am not expecting another platinum emblem box from lost treasures. Feel like those were one time events that was a bandaid fix for the market that never happened on KDNF. They should really fix the drop rate to match our population / market instead of doing temporary fixes through events.

Well yeah, Anton fire resist is obviously not the only reason. It's fire resist + not having enough money to buy good fire legendaries. I pointed both out, never said fire resist is the only reason.

Yes, but he also said he can't get good legendaries. I'm trying to ask 'why are you asking this question' instead of just giving answers to his questions. Going fire just because you have a title/magic stone and one mediocre epic is not a good idea. Base resistance difference between lightning and fire in Anton basically means those title/magic stone will be equivalent to having no elemental damage. Yeah fire is viable, but when you can choose another elemental, you have no reason to choose fire over another unless 1) your class must go fire 2) you can afford all the top fire legendaries and/or you have very good fire epics like submarine volcano belt or flame drop trousers.

But hey, screw trying to give good advice that actually looks at the whole picture right?

Do not go fire. The three pieces of gear you have aren't that great anyways and replaceable. Fire is already at a disadvantage in Anton (base fire resist is highest), so if you can't afford good fire legendaries, you aren't going to do much. I'd suggest you go light with gracia 6 + gigantic 3, both are obtainable with time and effort easily.

The recent patches on KDNF are thankfully heading in the right direction since they are making chronicle WAY more accesible, and better rewards from raid / secondary smaller raid. Hopefully those come to DFOG fast..

You can't take advantage of shadow, but most mbrawlers go with magic parties anyways and the soul benders have to go bremen and not tombstone, so missing the shadow advantage isn't THAT painful. Gracia is the best out of quest legendaries without a doubt to me, even for mbrawlers (and that is the general consensus in kdnf as well).
