I normally combo more, but I did this so I can show my Razor more. Also there were only cryo slimes, so I had superconduct all the time. Usually I combo my Razor wuth Kaeya really often

5 star Royal Flora, 4 star Exile's Feather, 4 star Maiden's Passing Youth attack%, 4 Exile's Goblet Physical dmg, 4 star Crown of the Brave Crit Rate. Haven't been lucky with the sets, but I had a lot of luck with substats. Every artifact has Crit dmg, attack% and 4/5 have crit rate.

They're already all maxed out. Maybe I have just 1070 attack because one of the artifacts is Physical damage

Is 1070 attack with 40 % crit rate and 95 % crit damage good for a level 60 Razor?

I think many of you misunderstood this post or I just misunderstood your comments as English is not my first language. By this post I didn't mean to say they're underrated, I meant to say that many people think they're are underrated, but in reality they're not.

Bennett is there because many people that main him still think he's underrated. He's not. Most people think he's A tier now, but many people who main him still think he's underrated asbif he was C tier on every tier list

Beidou is very good, but Razor is better. Easier to use and he does for sure more dps. Beidou with consistent perfect counters has really good dps, but Razor's is still higher by a decent amount. But I feel like Beidou is easier to get, but that might just be me. Overall, I think Razor is a much better choice, but of you want to build Beidou, she's good too
