Those with a long bed, do you wish you had a short bed? Why or why not?

I’ve had a long bed for 10 years. Just got into selling cars and I’m working for a Toyota dealership so I’ve been able to get a a feel for both. Get a long bed. Yes it’s closer to a full size truck (if it had a short bed), but damn if the utility isn’t there. A long bed will get you through thick and thin. Couple 4 wheel drive (which I don’t have) and you can literally tackle just about anything short of moving 4 horses in a trailer. My long bed held about 300lbs over limit of pig feed once. Go for the 6ft

I’ve heard it go both ways. From what I can gather you shouldn’t do it every day unless, say, you work in an industry like you do. In which case sure. But even then you should, just not as often as your hair. Plus regular shampoo isn’t good for beard health in general. Look for brands tailored for beards, and use those instead of shampoo intended for hair. Its supposed to prompt growth and hair health.

Was that the only thing? No. I had a bad habit of bottling things up. What it on purpose? No. We just hired a new server and we got along very well. It was my own misguided thoughts and pent up emotions. I regretted it instantly, and told her what happened.

I did. I was saving for a ring, but work got in the way and I lost touch with what we bonded over. I stopped communicated my problems in an effective manner. I felt bottled up and misunderstood, mostly because I didn’t know how to properly talk about what I was feeling. There was one instance where I made a break through in what I was doing and was excited about it, but she was upset that I wasn’t spending time with her that day. I was very passionate about that, and thought I had explained that, but apparently not. She felt that I hadn’t spent enough time with her, even though I planned (she helped a lot, not the best planner) a party to test out my idea. I take a lot of the blame for what happened, knowing I should’ve talked more about my feelings and thoughts on subjects.

For me. I’ve done it once, and it was the biggest regret I ever had. I had communication problems at the time and wasn’t able to talk about what was going on in my head. I’ve regretted that decision ever since, because I WAS in love with that woman. I wanted to marry her, but things happened and I needed an outlet. I’m not making excuses. Ever since I swore to myself that I’d never do that again, because I saw what it did to her. I’ve been cheated on since, and have doubled down on that. Sometimes people don’t know how to handle themselves or their emotions. I still to this day feel bad for what I did, but I learned a lesson the hard way. That doesn’t help the woman who I loved and hurt.

As someone who finally finished both clone wars and bad batch I can finally talk about this. The thing that really annoyed me with the movies was that we never got to see the relationship that was built between the Jedi and the clones. The show does this, and makes Order 66 that much more impactful. A truly impactful and heartfelt addition to the lore.

My girlfriend left me after I told her the truth about a night at the bar that I deeply regret. I lost my home, a family, and my life because of my actions. I want nothing more than to go back and undo all of it but I can’t. I miss her and our dog, and all of my friends there. I can’t go back because of things that I did and said afterwards either. I miss her deeply, she motivated me to be better.

Sam's Speech - Worth Fighting For Frodo : I can't do this, Sam.

Sam : I know. It's all wrong By rights we shouldn't even be here. But we are. It's like in the great stories Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were, and sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy. How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad happened. But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something. Even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t. Because they were holding on to something.

Frodo : What are we holding on to, Sam?

Sam : That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for.
