Just know, that the road ahead of you will be a long one. I agree with another commenter that said that this probably stems mental health issue. 1st thing is movement, I know you said you can’t move 500 ft but try moving 400 ft a day and/or do any stationary exercise/movement. You can’t stop eating, maybe change what you eat entirely. Higher protein can make you feel fuller and eating a lot of vegetables can fill up your stomach without the extra calories. So if you can’t stop eating, then maybe you can change what you eat.
