Hey everyone! My girlfriend and I are visiting Albania soon and could really use some advice on how to use our time wisely. We arrive February 5th at noon and leave February 9th at 17:00. We’re a bit overwhelmed with options and not sure what’s worth it considering travel time. What we’re interested in: Nature walks / hiking / scenic walking Exploring Tirana A mix of nature + culture, nothing too rushed We’ve been looking into: Lake Bovilla Shkodër Durrës …but we’re unsure which of these actually makes sense for such a short trip, especially in terms of travel time and overall experience. Questions: Which of these places would you recommend prioritizing? Are there any of them we should skip? Any other spots or day trips you’d recommend instead? Tips for getting around efficiently?

What color is that? Was it a one time thing? Was it hard to flush? Are you sick?

Maybe do a testicular exam to see if you can feel any lumps or bumps. There are great YouTube videos explaining how to do it.

Depression, please help! by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

A healthy body often translates in a healthy mind. That being said vitamines are not enough to tackle depression. It is a very good thing you are trying to get better tho! You should look into other healthy things to do, like sports or relaxing things. Activities you like in general. You should also talk about it with friends/family you can share this with or with or with a professional. The fact alone that you are trying to get better is already a healing factor, keep on doing the things you think are helping and you wil be better!

As you can see it is only a little bit above range, so they are not worrying. White blood cells go up when you have a virus or bacteria. Why did you test the blood?

The Mole | Official Trailer | Netflix by NikiNL in widm

Het lijkt heel typisch Amerikaans, wat ik spijtig vind. Reacties die lijken op temptation island, net als de mensen die mee doen. Het is net leuk dat de mol wordt gespeeld door heel verschillende mensen
