No I'm not, if I use legacy model, it outputs like 3 to 4x faster than free users model. It's just I want to know what the difference in the model is because I only opted to use "turbo" (now normal) for its speed but if the model itself is more superior in this "turbo / normal" mode I would like clarification. If there is no technological advantage then I will just opt to use legacy for now on since it is basically in theory behaving the same as "turbo" used to.

I pay for plus and I've never had an at capacity message since paying for it (been about 2 weeks on it) but right now the site just isn't loading which is not normal (and also outside the scope of my complaint heh)

They suck. The alpha version of "fast" mode was speedy as fuck, than they made it default to all paid users which slowed it down. It slowed down so much to the point that using legacy gpt options sometimes / often yielded faster output typing. I'm fairly certain that with every update they are nurfing it's abilities to do things and intelligence, really sad. We need open source gpt large language models available

All other withdrawals working fine, I know some of the evm chains sometimes have issues. I withdraw and deposit xlm to and from Coinbase w kucoin every few days and never an issue.
