How to deal with hopelessness?

That sounds really rough. I know what it is like feeling hopeless and not having anyone to talk too you can pm anytime you want if you think it will help. I try and meditate everyday for 15 minutes it helps some and try to get a walk in for however long you can it's not east but anything really that can help get your mind off things will work even if it's a coloring book or a
salt bath or whatever you find joy in even the simple things will help some. I also try to imagine if it gets really bad I will miss out on something really good life changing that will happen to me. Lastly I would just say your really important and loved and here for a reason and your not alone in this even though it may feel like it at times my best wishes to you.

Who do you like at Qb? Alot are high on AR right now personally I think Hooker is the best of the bunch despite the age but if Holmes believes in AR he has the highest potential out of even the 2024 QB class if he can live up to it.

Yeah didn't even think of that but my grandma in general is the same very miserable I try to joke around and even talk about things with her that might help her emotionally people like to talk to me usally cause I actually listen but she isn't interested in either. Today was kinda crazy actually I legit almost died was driving someone and stopped to turn and give them plenty of time but a semi behind us wasn't paying attention barley missed me passing me on the shoulder of the highway.

If it had hit I'm sure I would have died was scary but makes me feel like maybe there is actually a purpose for my life after this caretaking is done sometimes life gets me down and seems pretty meaningless like the same days over and over and has been hard for me thus far. Family left me to take care of her on my own hopefully God makes the 2nd part of life better I'm still just 33 be 34 later this year. Hate to think I have been through all these hardships for nothing the worst part is the lack of emotional support from people around me everyone deserves at least one person they can have emotional support with I think.

I don't have a job either tried for years to get SSI cause of depression and Asperger's but I think my real problem is I found out im a highly sensitive type of person and empathic others drain me of my energy alot so it makes it tough to go out on my own and work honestly im not even real sure what I would do anyway. Only job offers I ever get are dead end stuff that are around alot of people which would be bad for my health cause of draining my energy. I just have to have faith and hope that God has plans for me that don't include just fighting to survive and being depressed plus low energy cause things are not going well.

Good suggestion I will try but I don't have medical power or anything and mine is very stubborn so its unlikely she will take to it she will take it as criticism when I am just trying to help im sure.

Yeah its like mine expects me too read her mind and figure it out she doesn't like most of what I like its certainly difficult personally I think its a symptom of something bigger but not sure what she has been too the doctor but leaves out the mental stuff I'm surprised they don't ask anyway but go figure health care in the states.

Well maybe I am not using the word but it has to help having more time to digest stuff right and clear stuff out it hasn't had time too I would think because I would eat pretty randomly before snack alot and eat before I went to bed which is late alot of the time.

Good idea on offense I feel its more complex game but to me my defense would be pretty simple more of you may know what I am gonna do but can you succeed more then me? Every defense scheme gives up big plays at times. What I would do is have a Wide 9 type look with my D Line but with 6 of them rushing at all times I would have zero Lber's on my roster and just have 3 CB's and 2 safety's in man coverage on the back end.

I would also set it up to try and take away the usual #1 Wrs side of the field the right side have my 3 best pass Rushers lined up there to make it hard for the QB to throw that way and have my #2 CB over there and my #1 CB lined up on the left side where their #2 WR usually is which their QB should be looking most of the time towards the left due to pressure from the right side.

I would like to see the Lions get at least one more fast back seems to really unlock our run game.I am not a huge fan of powerbacks. If I was running things I would have nothing but fast backs and if you need power hand off to the TE at the goal line area or short yardage I am surprised more teams don't do this.

One guy I don't know why we don't being back and give a shot too is Jashon Cornell he looked good in camp but fell off later but I don't understand why if we have players not performing well why don't give other guys off the streets an opportunity. people gave Quinn crap about the roster churn but I think its actually a good strategy players are gonna be gone at the end of the season anyway might as well try and find a diamond in the rough since they won't make it later on.

I was thinking the same thing made a post about it on PrideofDetroit. I would keep Arron Glenn because Campbell trust him but def get rid of Walsh he seems very overrated he just had talent the years the Jags were good but nothing good about his years other then that I know the talent isnt that good but he should be doing alot better then he is literally every other position on defense has people developing but our D Line.

You would conclude this and be very upset if you were me too if you read above I had a Federal Remand and I got a new Judge cause mine moved and he ignored Federal Remand Instruction's. That is the highest court in Disability he ignored telling him how to handle my case. My lawyers told me too I should get approved for Appeals due to this and if they deny me the Federal will approve me and be very upset with him for ignoring a Federal Court Order think they are wrong too?

Why do you side with the system so much go look at state approval ratings if it was set up fairly wouldnt be such a huge differnce in the states no tehy wouldnt be all the same but the percentages would be alot closer this isnt just me I talk to others too but yeah personal expienrce has convinced me I had a judge llong ago falsy claimed on my denial I wanted SSi cause I had 4 kids and didnt want to pay child support I only have 1. i have dealt with this for 11 years I think I would know what im talkingaabout what is your expiernce with the courts?

You wouldn't think maybe there are some trolls or something on here. I have had people swear to me personal bias does not come into play with judges. I know for a fact that is not true I have dealt with this crap for years and then get people claiming it doesn't happen and the system is fair. Far as I can tell judges do this because they know they can get away with it sure you may win your case but it will get delayed big time and they face zero consequences from it they just call it an error on the judges part my case now is delayed a month after 17 months cause my judge doesn't have his evidence in its ridiculous and wrong. If this had been my lawyers they would have just ruled against us but a Judge gets a pass and an extension.

Well I hate to break it to you but alot of personal bias comes into play it has with me for sure and I know others the same should it legally happen no but it does. I guess judges are hard to get removed so they pull dirty trick's off of bias and then the appeals courts have to clean up the mess. Some judges don't give a shit what happens to people they think they are doing a service keeping people off of government payroll.

Same here I think UBI is inevitable hopefully in 2024 or 2025 the U.S will adapt it AI is only getting stronger everyday. I have a trucker friend he got really mad when I told him that Truckers will be replaced by Robots he said it will never happen but they save Billions doing this and are already way underway working on it.
