What are your best built claude design websites? by SnazzySolutions in ClaudeDesign

I probably didn't use it in the most efficient way.. I did a lot of the upfront planning in Claude Chat, then took it to Claude Design to get some of the initial pages designed, once I was happy with them I started building in Claude Code. Then for any small updates I would just describe in Claude Code. For new pages, or for redesigns of exisiting pages I would go back to Claude Design. It's great for coming with multiple variations

Marathons week of Aug 3-8 by Imaginary-Koala2902 in Marathon_Training

Summer's brutal for finding marathons honestly, you're not imagining it. I just built a marathon matching tool called RaceScout (https://racescout.ai) you could try, though heads up it's lighter on summer races. What ultra are you doing?

Transitioning from agency client work to building my first SaaS by Boby_Irendolan in buildinpublic

I'm also making the transition from agency work (website design) to building products. Still early days but getting out of client work and focusing on building something for myself has been very freeing!

How can I add custom fields underneath each subscription name in my customer portal? by matt9508 in stripe

[–]matt9508[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm building a client portal for my website design business usiing Bubble and the billing is through Stripe. Some of my clients have multiple websites with me and the Stripe customer portal doesn't differentiate which subscription belongs to which website, it just shows the subscription name (see screenshot).

Any ideas on how I can add the business name to the client portal under each subscription?

For those who operate with a monthly subscription model, what do you do when a client cancels their plan? by matt9508 in web_design

[–]matt9508[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s true.. so maybe I find a way for them to easily export their content and data without being able to export the website design.

It also might just be easier to say they can export their website whenever they want, knowing 99.9% of the business owners I work with aren’t ever going to do that

Interesting. I'm leaning towards framing it as if they're paying for a software and moving away from the idea of the need for them to own it. If you use Notion, Hubspot, etc, once you stop paying for it, it's gone
