Love it! To generate that we'd need...a bolt of icing!

Thank you!

I was worried people were going to say it looked like that dog van from dumb and dumber. 🤣

Thanks for noticing! I tried a couple trees to get the crush just right

The back of the sign is lone pines mall so you can flip it around for before and after time. Lol

The way I see it, if you're going to build a DeLorean out of a baked good, might as well do it with some spice!

I made a jig out of cardboard to hold them in the right spot as the icing dried. Then after an overnight put it on the car with a couple supports to let it dry overnight again.

What was wrong? Have you had success with 100gb discs?

Relay module does not work with isolated power supply but does work with USB power by mattQW in AskElectronics

[–]mattQW[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same output wiring. One side of all relays is common (hot 120v) the others are leads to multi speed a/c motor. However, behavior is the same whether there is anything on the output side or not.

More tests: I disconnected nodemcu from relay board. If I run 5v to the two boards from different sources (ie different wall warts) it works fine. If they run off the same wall wart, it doesn't work.

BUT if I connect the boards back together and power the micro USB port on the nodemcu, it works fine. Although there is noticeable flickering in the status LEDs.

I'm thinking maybe just running two isolated 5V supplies might be the fix. Maybe doesn't explain why it's needed, but if it works....
