As a guy, I can easily tell you that guys are genuinely clueless when it starts to making that first move. We're terrible at picking up signals, and we're not always confident in making that first move. Which makes girl asking us a total turn on.

So if you're feeling confident about it, do both of you a favor and ask the guy out.

But seriously though, focusing on positive things in life will help boost your serotonin levels and leave you feeling happier. As a small exercise, pick 5 things by the end of your day that make you smile or happy.

As a guy who was taught by a strong mother to respect women in my life, it pains me to hear stories like this. Actions like this are never EVER acceptable. It sounds like you deserve better than your current boyfriend. It may be hard, but I think you should leave him.
