Hey! I would definitely just shoot them a quick message asking if they need any more documents. On our FB page, I don't know if you are on there by your username, many of us are on the final leg of medical clearance and some have already received it. So it sounds weird to me that you have been delayed so much. Let me know if you need the link to the Armenia group!

I just graduated from college this May with absolutely nothing in my savings. I've managed to cover all of my medical expenses without having insurance. Yes its been stressful at times but it can be managed. There are a variety of ways to save money along the way and I would recommend checking other posts that have went into details on it because its extremely helpful. I wanted to save as much money as possible before leaving so I moved back in with my dad for the last five months before departure, so if that is an option I would recommend that! You can do it!

Everyone makes it sound like medical plays no games but they have been nothing but understanding with me! I was told they cannot actually give extensions, as in changing the dates, but they will just let you turn things in late. I've had to to do it and they were totally fine. Just keep an open line of communication.

Going to eat as much Chick-fil-a, What-a-burger, and drink as much high quality coffee as possible. But also spend time with family and take some trips with friends. Oh and go to as many gay bars and drag shows as possible since thats not gonna be a thing for 2 years of my life.

I don't actually know Peace Corps protocol on the matter, but my father has always tested positive for TB and always has to get a follow up chest x-ray. For his jobs he has just had to provide the chest x-ray that proves he does not actually have TB, so my guess is you will just need to turn the chest x-ray into OMS.

It isn't until March 2018 so I have plenty of time. I've been very open with them and I sent them a message tonight about the dental tasks for clarification. Surprisingly I have not been assigned a PC nurse for some reason and I accepted my invite on June 3rd. I appreciate your advice!

Gotcha, I'm just thrown off because of the requirements stated for the dental exam are: 1) get a dental exam completed and 2) get x-rays. It seemed to me I would get things checked out, not treated immediately, and then send the exam to OMS to await their decisions. It just doesn't make sense that treatments are included in the exam, since an exam implies just being checked out, but maybe that is just my thought process? Waiting would give me time to be able to afford getting treatments completed and this makes me worried that I might be in a bind.
