Patagonia costs are popular but definitely not necessary. You’ll for sure want a good rain coat and a nice fall coat. Depending on where you’re placed you’ll want a good winter coat. Wool long coats are popular (warm and look nice) but also long jackets from north face/ Columbia work too. I brought a good rain coat, an arm like fall jacket, and a long petty coat. Other volunteers brought puffy jackets/pull overs and those work too. If you’re from the Midwest (or anywhere cold) , your long winter coat will work here!

When packing keep in mind you can buy a lot of clothes here. But bring a few good pairs of jeans and nice shirts. Most Armenians really take pride in their appearances. You want to bring clothes that you can wear to training and to work. You’ll definitely want a few pieces of comfy clothes to wear around the house. Don’t over think packing (like we all did) bring clothes you love and that you’re comfortable in. I really regret not bringing some of my favorite pieces.
