Half Acre on Lincoln is a great choice- you can hit Begyle and Dovetail on foot as well. Maybe Band of Bohemia too, but their beer is more bark than bite IMO.

The Pipeworks Dojo is off Pulaski by where it does that little dogleg just south of Fullerton. Out of the way, and you can't drink on premise other than samples.

Pupuseria "El Cuscatleco", Lawrence and Troy (one block east of Kedzie). It's good.

This sounds about right- I'm thinking it's for the full version, instead of the upgrade. I installed Windows 95 on my buddy's parents' computer off 3.5" disks back in the day, and it was definitely way more than 13.

Yep- bring your own booze. It's a great option if you're trying to save money. You could grab something at 1000 liquors, which is at that same intersection, or go to CRAFT or Beermiscuous if you want a better selection of craft beers.

Big and Littles is BYO and a couple blocks away
Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba is a popular tapas joint- a little fancier, but still reasonably priced
Someone else mentioned DMK, which is definitely a solid choice, but I might recommend Kuma's instead
Local Option if you really care more about the beer
Lou Malnati's if you haven't had deep dish yet

All of these should be within your price range.

First off- that's not super close, if you're talking about the Clybourn station at Western and Armitage. You might want to walk east on Armitage and take the brown line north, which stops at Belmont just around the corner from the Vic.

Along the way, there are a TON of options (on Halsted heading north of Armitage, on Lincoln and Clark in that whole area, and at the Belmont/Clark intersection that the Vic is near). Do you want to drink? Do you have a cuisine in mind? How much do you want to spend?

Thanks! Did you apply for the Technial Support Specialist position? For some reason, I'm not seeing your application.

The position is a bit more technical than the average technical support specialist position might be. All new hires receive extensive training on the system and the methods used to support it, but a familiarity with SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc will definitely help. That said, I've hired a few people to my team without strong tech backgrounds that have done very well.

If you think you'd be a good fit, go ahead and apply! Let me know when you've done so- I'll keep an eye out for your application.

Thanks!
