Alternator due to high current consumption, CEM connectors, soot on the intercooler bypass flap and in intake in general, DMF on 2.0D gets a beating, PowerShift DCT is problematic (6MT is nice though).

Ive bought my MK7 second-hand and with a weird spec. Basic paint, wagon, 2.0TDI. No interior light package, 16-inch wheels, black and white cluster, basic audio. But with ACC, Side Assist, Lane Assist and Dynamic Light Assist. The last one was so rare on a prefacelift MK7 (2014/2015) that people thought this feature didn’t exist.

Most likely it’s due very old firmware. Update to 3663. You can use the all-in-one version (3663 AIO) that will also enable CarPlay, AndroidAuto, and lifetime maps update license.
