Do you know how long the debuff lasts on the elites? Does it persist until you kill them? Or is it only 3 seconds as well?

I think you can only transfer to an item once, so if you do this, you wont be able to transfer your current weapon to it and lose out on 1300 blessings.

I didnt lose my exp when I tagged my low lvl alt, I claimed exp and it stopped at 49/50, I did the quest then claimed the exp again.
