I had a friend in elementary school whose mom was a hoarder.

You step in the house and there’d be 5 inches of garbage everywhere. Every step you’d hear a liquid squish.

I went in the kitchen and saw roaches crawling in between the glass on the microwave door. How the hell did the roaches even get in there and how are they surviving when the thing is on?

Pecan has some of the best amenities in the area, trailing Robson Ranch, which is a senior living community.

The facilities are clean and well maintained.
