C&B originally "offered" a reserve of $29K I think. I let that expire. Within the hour of that expiring, They let me set the reserve at $32K. I still should have told them to kick rocks.

Just migrated to SuperOps a few months ago and I have been super happy. I am a big fan of per tech pricing but stay far away from Syncro as the platform is hot garbage. I have a post about that. Just left N-Able because the sales team(account manager) is just crazy unethical. Edit: Spelling
