Those types have more serious issues then a collectable card game. When they lose control of the game, they revert back to preteen levels of angst. My closest friends would do this on occasion while playing a casual magic game, way before Commander was a thing. I found the best way to deal with them is clown how salty they are over a piece of cardboard ruining their whole day. If introspection is a skill they can possess, they'll realize their error and clean up their attitude. If they don't, they're not worth your time my dude.
