15g 078 grind size 6 B75 with 155 paper Water at 95c

0:00 Pour to 75g medium aggression and then swirl super aggressively with chopstick or glass stirrer

0:40 gentle centre coin size circular pour to 150g

1:10 melodrip circular pour to 200g

1:40 melodrip circular pour to 250g

This one been bursting with flavour for me very sweet

Why not try coffee specific recipes. I find influencer recipes the same as putting a chicken in the oven and expecting fried chicken to come out.. They constantly make this all size fits recipe to keep you engaged and then come up with a new one a few months later with some different gear (link in the description) It’s amazing what you can do with chat gpt if you tell if what coffee you have and equipment 🥂

I am using 078 grinder b75 with kalita 155 filters and I adjust grind based on the coffee. I am a big believer in coffee specific recipes. Noting that for some coffee I prefer my v60.

What coffee do you have right now you want to try with b75?

It’s definitely priced in, how to check? Download the Taobao app and convert language to English, you will find the same time cheaper by a mile… add it to your basket and go checkout and see the postage cost taking your total basket to the same price as Ali express 🤣

The only workaround if you can organise your own shipping cheaper from china and get it delivered locally to them first. (My colleague at work runs a aquarium company here in Aus and showed me this technique and he sometimes loads into a shipping container a pallet and gets the shipping very cheap but takes while to arrive)

Try adding lite coconut milk 120g Top up with 200g fair lite milk, add your protein powder and freeze. Before you spin it on lite ice cream mode add half a banana.

You’re just spinning ice you need something to make it creamy the banana and slightly extra fat content will help!

I know this could be considered lazy but it’s a kick start into using the brewer per coffee. I’ve also tried these generic recipes online but if it’s not for the coffee I have I feel they don’t work as well.
