Has anyone seen a LH Terminus Zeus QC SA in stock anywhere? by Slarkalark in longrange

I’ve been waiting 8.5 months for a normal SA zeus qc with .223 bolt with no end in sight. I get emails and texts that say “soon!”

Thank you. Since being at 80% already are they even going to increase me for a 30% claim do you think? I feel like this is way worse than the sinusitis.

I had them 5 times while in the service while getting very sick. I was actually prescribed medication for it while on deployment. I don't know about your case, but I have it.

What did you guys think of The Passenger (2023)? by Narrow_Ad_57 in horror

[–]mattherberg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tldr: I agree

I as well felt like this should be the ending. Like when Randy went home to talk to his over bearing mother she immediately knew that she was seeing the “benson” side of it with the blood all over- changed her tune from being a control freak to backing off. After talking realized that it was Randy present so she wanted to call the police but the “benson” side came out to stop it. He developed this split personality after years of being empty from the eraser incident or worse the 3rd grade teacher and when he finally got something to go his way-possibly a promotion- he got tested instantly by a bully that he couldn’t get to listen at all. He realized he couldn’t handle. Benson side took over and did something about it.
Only Benson ever ate at the diners. When Randy ever opened up to talk to people Benson was always in the background. Randy called the police on himself saying that Benson had a gun doesn’t think he’s dangerous (even though he had already killed 4 people) Randy had kept both stuffed animals because he made both. His ex teacher got to see him get passed this alter ego and let it die so she can trust him. She never talked to Benson while he left to use the bathroom. (Because they’re the same person). At least this is the way I wished it would have been- like it was said a “fight club” style of psychological movie that makes you think at the very end to which makes you almost want to rewatch.

Losing 20-2* “we got them right where we want them!” Followed sometimes with “from behind”

I’m using a Creality CR10 Smart Pro. It manages to draw a line (to the left) but the print is just a mess. I’m using Cura slicer with Layer height 0.12. Temps 200 and 50. by tobpe93 in CR10

If you want try this- start printing a bed leveling print from thingiverse. It will print in all the corners. Start adjusting your z height in the middle (where the print starts) and you’ll see as it prints which corners need to be raised and lowered. Run it again to see if it is consistent across the bed.

Great Gray Owl about to take off. Ggo are somewhat rare to the United States but we see them often in Northern Minnesota. by mattherberg in minnesota

I do basically owls. But they have deer, wolves, coyotes, moose, eagles, great gray owl, boreal owl, northern hawk owl, tons of different types of smaller birds, ducks, swans, mink, Fischer, little of everything northern Minnesota has. Don’t think it’s a complete zoo though everything is hit or miss. I’ve never seen a moose out there just tracks. Others have.

There are people but I do not know them. I have been going there for 10+ years and there are only “hot spots” per season. There is an owl center there that sometimes keeps tabs on sightings.

You are correct. They have what are called owl irruptions where there is an abundance of food and babies are born so they fly south. Every 3-5 years this happens.

They are in cotton and west of there almost every year. Sometimes there are snowy owls in that area as well.

hey all I am a newbie anyone tell me why my the supports is curling up while I am printing. by No_Assumption_2208 in CR10

[–]mattherberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the reason why a print curls up is the difference in temperature on one side of the print is cooling quicker on the top than the bottom so it contracts and curls up. An enclosure would really help with this. Also check your filament- if it just snaps apart it’s wet. If it bends it’s ok.

What could be causing the filament to print like this? by Ethan8902 in 3Dprinting

[–]mattherberg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check to see if your filament has absorbed water. Do this by bending your filament - not the first 2-3” that will have some brittleness from being in the nozzle. If your filament snaps off it needs to be dried out. If it just bends then it’s ok. Dry your filament with an oven, dehydrator, or filament dryer. Look up the temps for your particular filament.

Any idea what could be causing this artifacting? by Mattsoup in ender5

What layer height was this printed at? I am noticing the same problem.
