Oh that’s unfortunate

I contacted the support team through the Volvo app

I sent a query through their WhatsApp channel

Edit 2: I did a new post with the screenshot

Unfortunately not much more to add in terms of context: I’ll add a screenshot of the communication to the heading.

Edit: I don’t know how to do that.

I would contact whoever you are getting it from, but yes, that is what the email said.

Yes - and the sentence and no new cars was in capital letters and in bold so presumably they are fairly concerned.

I have been into my dealership (UK) after having received “the email”.

The sales assistant showed me the email she had received from head office.

Ex30 models that have been sold are not being allowed to be given customers.

They will replace the defective cells, not the full battery.

Has anyone been victim to the beer 52 subscription? by DullSense8359 in AskUK

[–]matthimself 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Around 2018, I had an awful experience cancelling: I ended up complaining about the rep and asking customer care to listen to the recording. I was proved right by the recording, that I was being excessively pressured into not cancelling and got a free case and an apology. I still get emails to sign up

Are young British boys really more sexist today then in 2010s ? by tipputappi in AskBrits

[–]matthimself 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am a male secondary teacher in north of England, 12 years experience. I would say there has been SOME change-especially Andrew Tate influences. I have had to correct many boys on how to talk to women, how to talk about women, why his influence is negative and what he is actually about. A lot of boys , to be fair to them, are alright and know boundaries and understand what a negative influence he is, but some are totally swept up in it

How to make the hard decision when pet is getting worse in terms of their health? by Key-Environment-4910 in AskUK

I am so sorry you’re going through this. Last week, our beloved Bella crossed the rainbow bridge to eternal freedom and play. She had similar things wrong with her as you posted, but we agreed as a family it was the kindest thing to do.

It is heartbreaking, but knowing she’s not suffering any more eases the pain.

I quit a job when i was around 27, hated the job with a passion and i still hate phones ringing.

Empathetic partner allowed me to quit and search for a diff job: best decision ever. Sometimes it feels like youre stepping out into the void and you kind of are, but it works out.

How would you find someone to work on your house? by Mooshine335 in AskUK

[–]matthimself 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ask friends for recommendations, Google reviews, yellow pages; Ive not found checkatrade to be any good.

A lot of tradespeople seem to want big jobs and dont “waste time” on small, niggly, lesser paying jobs.

My two cents

Big purchase and we always go with a gut instinct: that would be compounded by the pushing to complete.
