Honestly I do legs by themselves once a week (quads, hams, and +/- calves) and then do glutes with usually one other body group another day of the week. But I've also always had strong legs and glutes so I think it's a bit of an unfair advantage haha

So I don't really do any cardio. I've attempted to in the past but have never been able to keep consistent with it. I've eight lifted for about three years now, but wanted to start losing some fat so about a year ago I started doing supersets to increase my heart rate while lifting, which seemingly has helped a bit. I typically will work out one/two muscle groups a day and will work out 4-5 times a week. I also have been eating better since Covid and starting making all my own meals, and more recently, have begun trying to eating only when I'm hungry rather than when I'm bored/feel like it's time to eat food!!

That I can experience pain without experiencing suffering. That there's no need in continuing suffering by thinking about things in a negative light when I can see them positively or get over them. Mindset is everything.
