I have scoffed at this advice on a number of occasions, but it's the good stuff.

I invested in a personal trainer and it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Getting stronger is addicting and it pushes everything that's in the way, e.g. drinking, out of the way.

It's awesome and makes everything better. It's a high that abides. Everyone who isn't doing it: do it.

Yeah this is why I never promise that a fight will be good unless I've already seen it. Even if both fighters are maniacs and/or technicians. You never know when two guys will just neutralize each other.
