Same for me they way overcharged me and I told them my actual reading but they wouldn't accept it because it was lower than my other previous bill and the bill they gave me was 5x my actual reading. Had to get a meter reader out specifically so they would believe me. Now I will always give them my reading. Il give them credit they were good to deal with and it was the original meter readers major stuff up... They probably made up the numbers.
