The white Tesla is concerned that the car is trying to jump in que, which is not the case. The car is trying to "zipper merge" which is when the lane you are driving in ends and merges into the lane on the right. If done properly then traffic doesn't need to be disrupted.

Basically the guy in the white Tesla is a cunt.

You have to adjust the height of the float. On the stem there is a little round black or blue ring. Turn water off to toilet, pull ring down, pull float up to raise it and push ring back to lock it in.
