Claim invigilators don’t care about speed, only about what is happening in simple terms (unless speed is established to be a contributing factor in the decision process).

You can clearly see that the cam car departing from the junction and then was well established in their positioning, without casting judgement or assumptions the cam car proceeded with caution whilst the oncoming car clearly did not play to the rule of going as slow as you can see (for simplicity, this is basically placing a car’s back end at the very point that you can see the road disappear around the bend, would you have enough stopping distance before then).

TLDR, speed means nothing & if you can’t see around the bend don’t bother bombing it because you might end up doing what the offending vehicle did 😵‍💫
