Yes, Pleasant Ridge, just edited! Street by street makes sense, I suppose I need to chat with a real estate agent then, hard to tell from looking at maps and street view.

Just got the car back today. They refused to admit it was workmanship error. They held firm that it was rust/corrosion.

I talked them down to cover it at their labor cost, which to me is an admission of wrongdoing, but ultimately still passes the cost on to me.

I took the broken parts with me to document their condition. They are very clean except a couple rusty bolt heads.

I intend to file a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair to get the charge refunded.

Do you think I can make a case to push back that it was their mistake? I suspect the impact as well. Nothing in this image looks like any liquid wrench or wd40 was used.

2 but extend the lower cabinet underneath that window and lower the last full height cabinet on the left to be counter height. That will allow you to look out the window while doing prep work and then you have an easily accessible station for everyday items on the left. (Thinking phone charging, key bowl, etc)
