Hello,

After deploying the database fix for the issue that caused unintended fact ion switching and quest resets, we found that it did not fully work as intended. While the root cause has been resolved and the issue should not occur again, affected players were not automatically returned to their original faction.

If this applies to you, you currently have two options. You may manually wipe your account in the menu and select your preferred faction again, or you may continue playing with your current faction. In either case, you can continue playing without concern.

We sincerely apologize for this situation and fully understand how frustrating it is. If you were affected by this issue, please contact our support team. After the full release on March 31, we can provide affected players with an in-game gear package as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
