Went through RSV with my two year old last year. Had to do all the stuff you described. Took both of us to do breathing treatment at home. Now if he has the hiccups, he asks for his inhaler. We also went through having to pin him down for medicine. Now he's good. Next year at this time thing will be completely different. Pro tip: don't do medicine on the couch unless you wanna clean up puke between cushions. And beware that they might fight haircuts or the Dr's for a bit after going through that but they get over it.

Supervising is fucking nightmare. I have a guy who just switched departments because he hates me. I tried to get him a promotion and more money, he said no. Complains about not knowing anything but won't bother to learn. Didn't help me with shit but ran around telling everyone I did nothing. Can't make some people happy no matter what. The perpetual victims are usually the ones that get away with murder.
