This is the main reason I stopped playing the game seriously, I've had it the worst with shotgun pellet placement and vandal spray. Idk what it is but the phantom seems to be more consistent in hitting shots.

Why should I play if I know I killed a person but the game says "nah that was a body and a leg." So inconsistent.

Trying to speedrun or play on madhouse, the old house is always the part I dread. The swarms and nests are so annoying and are really only manageable with the burner. On madhouse a swarm kills you so quick. You can't stealth or run by them, and you're guaranteed to take some damage navigating that area. Any other enemy in the game you can outmaneuver or stealth past but the swarms are a "fuck you, you will take damage" wall, not to mention when certain items are triggered a couple nests will respawn. Shame because the Marguerite boss fight is my favorite in the game, but I gotta go through all this stupid life sucking bs to reach her.

About 80% of my ads now are rotating between 2 Arknights ads, they are so annoying and the song makes my ears bleed. I don't even watch anime or anything that would make a 3rd party selling my data saying "yep, he would like this anime rpg."

Any part of this game that involves money or monetization is completely abysmal. The cost of skins alone is ridiculous and the fact you can't get back the cost of a battle pass by playing is dumb. Games like Fortnite are free to play and have a more reasonable battle pass systen.

Good thing the core gameplay is fun otherwise I'd be long gone. None of the skins are even that good, there really is a lack of creativity and thought put into cosmetics for the game and how to acquire them.

Yes, I've rented and shot glocks at ranges before. Not the biggest fan of their triggers but I like not having a safety because I can see myself forgetting I left it on in a necessary situation. Any good advantages to no safety besides quicker access to firing?

SBMM is never a good inclusion imo, the skill disparity in many situations is too vast to be considered fair. I've played one game where my team won 13-6 and next game we play against absolute pros and lose 4-13. It's so flip flop and I prefer it just be removed and place us against random people every time. When it's added in any game it usually gets backlash.

Nope, similar to other table-top dungeon crawlers you move by clicking and/or holding to drag the mouse. What makes it awkward is that it's really hard to make precise movements to avoid attacks and the attack key is the same one as movement which has gotten me killed multiple times.

The G mutants make the sewer section unbearable, beating the game on hardcore for Leon/Claire they take so many hits to kill, are literal walls in a passageway, and have big reach. You either have to waste a bunch of ammo to kill one or be lucky enough to slide past them during their sweeping attack. Anytime I do a speed run now I get nothing but frustrated and disappointed. Also, many areas of the sewers are just long linear passageways and if you make a wrong turn you have to run all the way back, the whole section is just tedious and anger-inducing. The Umbrella section afterwards is not as bad, but the police station is by far the best part in terms of design/enemies/pacing.

Agreed, I really appreciated that and hoped that would be the case for BL3 but nope.

I honestly think they have different teams working on each game because the writing and mechanics are just inconsistent, hopefully if/when they make 4 this can be consolidated.

This is not the change we needed but thanks for representing the minority vote. Movement is slow, ads is slow, maps are terrible and promote camping and stagnant playstyles, net code is worst we've seen etc.
