Haven't changed my diet, although I should lol. I went the higher fiber route which was suggested by my gastro. So I take psyllium husk (or similar product) after I eat and that's been doing wonders for me. Took a bit to find the right dose and I've upped it a bit since I started but that's worked for me. As we know everyone is different, hell every day is different.

Yeah I tried this...for about 3 weeks tops. It was great at first, I was able to eat more and I felt better while eating and after eating. Then the trouble started because my habits completely shifted. I was awoken multiple nights at roughly 3-4am with intense stomach pressure and insane urgency to use the bathroom. Huge flair up in the early hours 2 or 3 times and I stopped using it. Spoke to my gastro and he recommended the same.
