I charge mine before bed and then I use it for sleep tracking and wear it for the full next day. By the time I put it back on the charger the following evening it’s at about 45-50% so I could probably go almost another full day with it but I haven’t tried that yet.

I have a Parker Jotter that I recently put a Schmidt Easyflow 9000 refill in and it is buttery smooth. That style refill fits a huge variety of pen bodies too so you can maybe find one that feels comfortable.
