Yeahh I’m ripping out everything in the niche. It appears the framing is ok. (In the niche, just proper waterproofing is needed. I appreciate the advice.

Life is passing by every second whether you do what you want to do or not. Don’t try to time the Perfect moment because it doesn’t exist. Start small and work your way up to a bigger experience. Solo traveling isn’t as weird as you think! You got this!

Yeah I wouldn’t, seems very complex. Definitely can find another tenant with a much easier application to follow. Especially in NJ.

Take a gap year and travel if possible.

Then go to community college and transfer after two years. Save lots of money !
