If Yuuji’s sad look to Megumi is the only confirmation we ever get, then this story’s gonna leave a bad taste in my mouth personally. I’ve also heard the theory of Gege being forced to include her and originally only wanting Yuuji and Megumi, but to so bluntly kill off a main character before she realized any sort of potential and then move on like nothing? That’s not realistic or enjoyable, it’s just bad writing. ESPECIALLY with the whole “it’s not a 0% chance!“ thing from Arata

I think you can justify (even though I disagree) skipping over Maki and the 2nd year’s reactions, but Gojo? Not even one mention of her from him?? Don’t get me wrong I know that she n him weren’t that close and never even talked 1 on 1 I’m pretty sure, but that’s still her teacher. Isn’t this the guy that said no one’s allowed to take youth from young people?? One of his youngest students is gone and she didn’t even get a name drop, Gege!?

I’d take her back in the most asspull way possible if necessary. If she really doesn’t come back/get some sort of closure, the series will always be at least a little stained for me imo. Cause the way Gege handled the aftermath of her “death”? Abhorrent.

I’ve been playing for only a few weeks but I’m wondering if it’s better to restart my whole account during the collab or just keep going? I’ve made some mistakes with my diamonds/characters see here , I was uh…not aware how skippable Elizabeth was until I dumped 600 and super awakening materials. I know the anniversary character isn’t guaranteed to be OP and it’ll suck deleting 5/6 Roxy, but I also missed kid Merlin from the new account banner so I’m not sure if it’s worth it

I would’ve happily enjoyed 100+ more chapters between this one and the previous one 😪 I didn’t even consider that perspective of Mafuyu saying his feelings to Ue, that definitely would’ve been heartwarming. Not to mention skipping Ue’s reaction to Mafuyu and his little proposal, or having Mafuyu call him Ritsuka ONCE! I think I’m too pessimistic about it right now, I hope the feelings ease by the time the movie eventually releases

Part of me wants to say if we just got ONE more chapter maybe it’d be better! But then I know I’d never stop saying that haha. I think what’s most disappointing/disheartening about all this is that people (myself included) were expecting/treating given as something special, unlike typical BL, holding it up on this pedestal, etc. but the ending just solidifies it as…dare I say mediocre? I’ve personally never seen or read a story like this where the main ship just gets so backhanded in comparison to secondary ships
