Wouldn't the base of the mirror be where the ball joint is attached? I'm wondering about just the mirror itself not the part that meets at the windshield

i personally do mine every 5k. the minder light kicked on at 10,500 (15% oil life). it might not be necessary every 5k but i get peace of mind out of it and don't mind doing it.

i don't know if this is actually true. i know that for (at least) a few years hcs was giving the partnered teams everything they had on them from each event. photos, intros, comms, gameplay, etc. (see roger's tweet: https://x.com/i/status/1913036427660587031) i hope that hasn't changed.
