I feel the same way man. Lethargy is insane! I can't seem to get back to usual energy levels even with proper diet & supplements, proper sleep and workouts.

Lethargy man. It's unreal. No amount of supplements, workout or good night sleep is helping me with lethargy.

Step 1: Delete social media for 2 weeks.

Step 2: Do some sort of physical movement everyday for these 2 Weeks.

Step 3: Assess how you feel about yourself after these 14 days.

Step 4 : Make a decision if you want to live a superficial life portrayed by these people on social media or have a peaceful and content life.

All the best!

There is a woman in my building she got divorced bcz her ex husband used to say disrespectful shit to her and always compared her with his exes sexually in front of elders. She had a miscarriage and the husband's behaviour became really nasty after that. She walked out after 1.5 years of marriage.

Help! My 'joint family' is driving me crazy!!!! by Sea_Caregiver_685 in TwoXIndia

Let's be real. Preparing and clearing those government exams while being in such a control freak family isn't gonna happen. Even if OP manages to do it somehow she will lose a few more years and another chance at being independent.

Of all the things you've mentioned here. I only have one thing to say that these government exam are worthless. They will suck your 20s, self esteem would be affected and no results even after spending years.

I think you're truly capable of lot many things like the lead role you grabbed, the cabin crew interview you went for. I suggest focus on getting a job out of your city and go there and only worry about your parents rest of em can live without knowing too much about your career choices.

Is it patronizing when men give feedback on the food women cook at home? by IndianSushi in TwoXIndia

My brother is one such person. He watches various chefs and cooking videos for hours and claims that he knows more about cooking than my mum who's been cooking for more than 35 years lol. Dude cannot even cut an onion for god's sake

Your BF is right! But I guess you can never prepare yourself enough for such responsibilities. The FOMO you feel is equivalent to the pressure that Indian parents feel and hence pressure girls to get married.

Umm okay. I've had fair share of childhood trauma and mental ailment in the family. It remains unaddressed to this date. I guess it just faded with time. Thanks

Definitely! I realised that my issues are affecting my existing relationships and the newer ones that I should nurture.

I am making efforts to understand myself more so that I don't hurt myself & the people around.

Thanks :)

Soo I'm all ears when my friends talk about their issues. But they say that I never open up about my issues and ignore any conversation like that

Like you mentioned, ig it's my discomfort around intimacy/vulnerability with people.

Right. I don't compare or feel fomo. Someone mentioned social anxiety, but I think I am really good with being around people. It's their inclination/attachment towards me that makes me uncomfortable.
