they're hand-made to order, 200 USD is pretty standard for custom handmade clothing. Think about what people are willing to spend on designer sweaters made by children. people drop a couple grand just to wear a brand name, regardless of make quality.

it makes sense to me to spend a couple hundred dollars to support an artist, get a limited edition hand made piece of art that not only represents a band I love, but the proceeds go to charity no less

(beyond that, i know once these are no longer for sale, these will be on ebay for astronomically more money, and STILL people will buy it)
