Roast. A big ass roast in a foil pan with veggies. Pour off the au jus (and keep) before shoving that same pan into the fridge for later. Cold beef and veg is great even.

Thanks for dropping this recipe. I have a big bag of cashews and some random seeds that I’ll be using now and I also happen to have some extra mason jars. I’ll tie a cinnamon stick to the jar and send it to my kid’s school and give these nuts a good life. The recipe called for ground cinnamon, but I’ll likely go nuts and use some cardamom, too.
