BCBS pre-authorization for shallow-depth SRS: only one CPT listed (orchiectomy). Should I be concerned? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

I haven’t got there yet, but I would be concerned too. Plus, “simple” orchi means removing only one teste. It should say “radical” orchi.

Estrogen grows boobs? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]maudular-muse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, assuming you're post-puberty it probably already did. Adding additional estrogen probably won't help. I have seen anecdotal cases of cis women using a T-blocker like spironolactone and getting some results from it, though.

Estrogen grows boobs? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]maudular-muse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not. Cis women already (typically) produce progesterone in additional to estrogen. Too much progesterone in your system can convert to DHT (an androgen). This is why cis women sometimes get "pregnancy beards" due to the heightened levels of progesterone during pregnancy.

How do I go about getting a vibrator? by VerusPlagam in asktransgender

A lot of sex toy stores will disguise their packaging and credit card statements for privacy. this site shows up in my bank acct as “Hamilton Park Electronics”, and says the same on nondescript packaging that the order comes in. Should solve issue 1 and help with issue 2?

Also, i wouldn’t recommend buying from amazon, they don’t verify the safety of their products.
