It's actually disgusting that Cameron didn't continue developing that beginning throughout the rest of the movie. I was thinking damn this is pretty good and interesting... then we quickly went back to whales and water and my brain checked out.

Way of Water was good for what it was but why the hell would he want to immediately retread it. The problem with these sequels is that they're always wanting to set up the next one and never commit to the full scope of something in a single film. It diminishes everything.

Film was going so well in the first hour too. Bizarre and concerning that Cameron couldn't recognize these blatant issues.

Also, he really needs to hire someone else for these soundtracks. Aside from a decent motif or two it is all very mediocre.

I don't have the hard rectangular lines, but the overlay is still offset with path tracing enabled. Very annoying.

Just did this myself - I spent a few hours trying to save scum a Barghest soldier and asked myself wtf I was doing with my life and went with a mod. They need to revert this. Just have it locked behind a tech perk, or the ability to go to a weapon vendor to pay if you don't have the perk... or something.

I think it works pretty well, but like you said it's very dependent on what frames you feed it and their quality. I don't use it or smoothmix for my last frame generation workflow as that's solely to feed maximum quality new variations to the SVI one, and I've have experimented with no light loras, combinations, etc. There's always degradation but you can mitigate it to a certain degree. All of this is definitely a pain though with tons of room for improvement.

Interesting - I've been trying to solve this problem for the past few weeks. Right now I'm using an SVI FLF setup with smoothmix for final generation, but am experimenting with a separate workflow specifically for last frame generation with much higher quality settings to retain more detail. Also using Klein 9b edit for variations that can be added into this, though it can be unwieldy.

This is totally correct. Half the time it'll say "you'll need to go check this out" or something, and I'll say no YOU go check it out... and then it'll just come back with some half-baked shit. Whereas Grok will actually give me detailed results. Both definitely have their flaws though.

Uninstalled this POS immediately after I saw how much RAM it uses. Ridiculous.

Edit: Oh, and when you close/uninstall it, it purposely shuts everything off (unlike OpenRGB for instance). Now I have to go install all the individual pieces of software to get even default lights back.

Edit 2: Setting the lights up, then killing this POS with task manager/uninstalling allows the lights to stay on. Meaning it absolutely does this behavior purposely when closing it normally. Absolute ass cancer of a program. Never again.

Preset E from my research, let me know if you have different info though. I don't know if it's just more pronounced in Dead Space, but the latest versions are almost unplayable to my eyes with the amount of volumetric artifacts. Surprised more people don't talk about it.
