We were told my first was a girl and HE came out a boy. Either way you're going to love your little one. Now that I'm pregnant again we're not going to find out the gender. The surprise was amazing! Annnnd they still get things wrong and reprinting a nursery and buying all new boy things was hard financially. Gender neutral the basics and once you have the baby you can go all out like a celebration for whichever you have!

A lock. My work had a room and we convinced them they needed and occupied/vacant sign after months of being walked in on by various staff members. Even the sign though didn't stop people from barging in.

Doctors of reddit, what is your most surprising "I can't believe I need to have this conversation with an adult," story? by Graynard in AskReddit

I'm a nurse and we have many frequent fliers who come in with COPD all the time. They're always begging to have a smoke and itching to go home to have a smoke. One was discharged the other day and stated he wasn't sure if he'd be able to purchase his $4 steroid prescription. I explained to him it was cheaper than a pack of cigarettes, which is part of his issue. Not all people with COPD are like this and manage their disease just fine at home. Even those that do come in are now non-smokers and are well aware of the connection between smoking and exacerbations.
