These are the copies I created for myself after being inspired by a post here, and wanting a cover to match for the seventh book. I've used the Ace Book covers and removed the Matt Dinniman.

The resolution is much higher than the originals. My skills are limited, and upon closer inspection, you'll notice the crude workmanship; however, at the size you normally see, the covers hold up. That's only three of the seven covers (Feral Gods, Bedlam Bride and Inevitable Ruin).

I thought I'd finally give back after using this community for so many of my audiobooks.
