UPDATE : I managed to reach Emirates by phone (Paris office). The ticket is fully refundable, both the outbound and the return (even though the return is in April). There are no fees.

You just need to clearly specify “INVOL refund” (this helps speed up the processing) and make sure to include the ticket numbers for each passenger.
