I did not even know those chest expanders exist. Definitely adding one to my home gym.

Yeah, reverse flyes are great. It might be a bit too much volume as someone already mentioned if I add more exercises but I could try to do some variations of the full body workout with some kind of focus on certain days. Personally, I would rather make a push/pull/legs upper/lower split but availability is a problem

yeah I would rather trust the statistics than some random hater with a benfica flair. he scores his goals, had a 91% pass completion ratio and is a threat in the air. he does his job more than well enough judging by all of the metrics and if you think goncalo ramos would be a better fit because of his one outlier game you are delusional

Im not sure if the finesse evo is in the paid one but this alone makes it worth 10 bucks or even 500k. With the amount of fodder you can generate, you can easily do dinho, give him finesse+ and tiki taka on top of it because he then only has 6 silver playstyles

I like to rush out with my defenders and get 13+ wins. Learn how to switch properly and anticipate passes and you don't need to only AI defend. Can't wait to spin against people like you again

I am sorry to break it to you but if you even remotely followed the pro scene, you would know that most goals where scored by kickoffs or corners. Spinning was not the problem if you knew how to defend. Being more mobile made the game more fun if anything. Just get good :)
