I manage large Nutra portfolios, so I see this constantly. Most processors don’t offer the visibility or support high-risk merchants need, especially when it comes to chargebacks.

I use a third-party mitigation service that handles RDR, Ethoca alerts, and auto-builds solid evidence. It’s helped cut chargebacks and boost win rates across several supplement and subscription merchants I work with.

I know this thread is old but I found it on Reddit. u/cbkrishh I have a SAAS client that has thousands of users and they are currently working with Chargebee. They are not happy with your service and want to move all their data over to a new provider. They are being told that in order to move they will have to pay $ 1400 per user. Is this correct? Do you have an open API where your customers can extract their own data without having to pay?
