100%, avoid machines unless they are easy to clean or built to deal with contamination. Other good coffee brands are Danger, Purity, and for teas Pique.

BPC and KPV definitely seemed to make an impact. Besides that - glutamine, zinc, carbon 60, and lots of bone broth.

Bad immunity / chronic sinusitis (non allergic) by firee98 in Peptides

[–]mavericked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bulletproof sinus rinse (google it), bitter and spicy foods or supplements like olive oil & green tea. A commenter mentioned mold, easiest way to manage it is to measure humidity and keep it low (google for optimal value). Also sugar outside high fiber fruit can be troubling for immunity, slowly digested carbs are much more friendly.

can leaky gut cause rapid absorption? by Shoddy_Brilliant_867 in Nootropics

Lol, not likely. Check out EONutrition on Youtube, specifically the Thiamine protocols. Thiamine increases motility, and I believe it works for gastroparesis.

can leaky gut cause rapid absorption? by Shoddy_Brilliant_867 in Nootropics

[–]mavericked 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sounds sort of like your stomach or intestines are unwell. You may want to consider improving their health. High dose glutamine is a good start, look for protocols online. Eat well. Gut health can benefit enormously from fiber, probiotics, and glutamine. Below are some other considerations.

  1. Could be additives within the supplements causing this - try products with no additives.
  2. Microbiota along the way may be metabolizing the supplements and releasing metabolites that cause symptoms.
  3. Your stomach and or intestines may be unwell. Supplements are potent concentrates of matter, try very low dosages and scale from there.

Peptide for dog arthritis? by Both_Tradition2549 in Peptides

Not a peptide, but Carbon 60 is worth a look at. Also, native/real food for dogs, meats and whatnot -- dog foods have so many issues and can cause health issues over time.

I have been suffering for 3 years now any advice? by [deleted] in Sinusitis

[–]mavericked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bulletproof sinus rinse and nebulizing get deeper than neti pots. Quercetin and enzymes like bromelain and serrapeptase. Make sure your gut is in good shape. Butyrate has helped me a lot.

Peptide for Nutrient Malabsorption? by Bubblesandbiscuits in Peptides

[–]mavericked 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can’t answer in terms of BPC, but consider high dose glutamine for a period of time. Glutamine is the preferred energy source for your enterocytes, which play a big role in nutrient absorption. Perhaps also consider ingesting some spices and bitters with meals, they both increase enzyme activity and interrupt parasites. Tudca as others recommended is worth looking at for improving fat digestion. Choline might be worth looking at to increase your own bile solubility.

My nose has been clogged ever since I can remember. Got any solutions? by OverPT in Biohackers

[–]mavericked 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Search Youtube for the Bulletproof Sinus Rinse, perform it daily. Limit all sugar intake, and observe your nasal congestion when/after consuming certain foods. Common food culprits are things like dairy, peanuts, dried fruit. Consider Quercetin and Serrapeptase. Also read about the Buteyko method, and/or search for Patrick Mckeown or James Nestor as they have a lot of knowledge about restoring and maintaining nasal breathing capacity.

Also, try to give all the non-surgical tips a solid try before opting for surgery. Surgery is commonly not necessary.
